The McDonnell ranch is the home of Ms. McDonnell. It is just outside Silverlode, a four-hour ride on horseback from Miradero. The ranch features a wooden two-story house and a round horse corral. Pru had been to the ranch with her father prior to taking Lucky there to retrieve Spirit.[1]
